SUPPORT

Keep the relay moving.

Self-service help for RelayFrame’s pre-TestFlight build. No account, uploaded diagnostics, or support form is required.

Start without permissions

Tap “Play the instant demo” to explore Studio and Reveal without granting Camera or Photos access.

Camera access is off

In RelayFrame, choose “Open Settings” to enable Camera access, or use “Choose a photo” to continue without it.

Open a passed relay

Save the .relayframe file, open RelayFrame, then choose “Open a passed frame.” RelayFrame validates and copies the safe frame sequence into local app storage.

A frame cannot be read

RelayFrame stops the export or handoff instead of silently omitting the frame. Return to Studio and replace the unavailable frame before trying again.

Delete a project

Open Library, use the project menu, and choose Delete. The project manifest, copied frames, and local exports are removed from the device.

Review accessibility status

Accessibility support remains unverified for distribution. Review the local preflight evidence, known gaps, and required physical-device gates before relying on a feature.
