PRIVATE MATCH-CUT CAMERA
RelayFrame turns repeated photos into seamless match-cut films. Recreate a frame yourself or pass the chain to someone else—without joining another social network.

START WITH ONE RULE
Choose a composition another person can understand at a glance. Each idea becomes an exact prompt inside the relay.
Keep one silhouette steady while the world changes behind it.
02Turn one owned family or personal photo into a careful recreation.
03Lock the body position, then let color, texture, and styling do the cut.
04Use one ordinary object as the visual baton between people or places.
Start without a login, profile, follower graph, or contact upload.
Projects, alignment, and rendering stay local until you choose to share.
Studio and export use the same vertical frame—what you preview is what you render.
SEE THE RELAY MOVE
One person matches the newest shot. RelayFrame folds that moment into the same private chain, then makes the next handoff clear.
A received four-frame relay opens on its newest shot. The creator previews the match cut as four graphic figures snap between teal, coral, and violet frames, then opens a handoff preview. The final screen identifies frame four as the next match and leads with one prompt: keep the object aligned, add your frame, then return the relay or pass it onward.
THE RELAY
Collaboration is an intentional file handoff—not a cloud feed. Every participant receives something real to continue.
Choose a photo or capture a reference. The project stays in app-owned storage on your iPhone.
Use a ghost overlay and on-device alignment guidance to recreate the framing.
Send the actual relay to a friend. They add a frame and return it or pass it onward.
Preview the chain, review what leaves your phone, then render a vertical match-cut film.
PRIVATE UNTIL YOU SHARE
RelayFrame version one has no account, advertising SDK, analytics SDK, public feed, contact upload, or custom network service.
Shared films use freshly rendered frames and an optional brand-only end card; project titles and captions stay out. Relay files intentionally carry the relay title, but their frames omit original GPS, filenames, captions, and source metadata.
