Keep the attached file
Save the .relayframe attachment somewhere you can open from your iPhone. It is the baton—not a link to a public feed.
YOU GOT THE BATON
The attachment carries a private match-cut chain. RelayFrame shows the exact newest frame to recreate, then lets you return the update or pass it onward.

In RelayFrame, choose “Open a passed frame” and select the attachment. The app validates the package before anything enters your Studio.
Studio marks the newest frame as “Next match.” Tap “Add your frame”; Camera uses that same full composition as the ghost guide.
Preview the updated chain, check exactly what is included, then return the new .relayframe file to the sender or pass it onward.
PRE-TESTFLIGHT
A public or TestFlight download is not available yet. Keep the attachment private until a signed beta exists. This website cannot open, inspect, or upload your relay.
A baton contains re-rendered frames, their order, the relay title and template, a file-format version, project, invitation, and frame identifiers, an invitation creation time, and optional alignment scores. Original filenames, GPS, captions, contributor names, accounts, and photo-library access stay behind.
